Duratech Proofer+ SBR Waterproofing is a polymer-based styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) latex designed to improve adhesion, flexibility, and waterproofing in cementitious systems. With a white color, solid content of 30–42%, and pH range of 8–9, it forms a durable, flexible film that prevents water ingress and enhances bond strength. Ideal for bathrooms, terraces, water tanks, and structural repairs, it offers long-lasting protection against moisture and cracks.

Basic Usage Guide
Mix Duratech Proofer+ SBR with cement and water as per requirement to form a uniform, brushable coating or bonding slurry. Apply on clean surfaces using a brush or roller. For repair applications, use as a bonding agent before plastering or concreting. Ensure proper curing for best results.
